Many people decide to not treat their herpes and cold sores, because of embarrassment of buying treatment in a store, fear of side effects from prescription medication, or just plain intertia from not knowing where to start.
However, there are a number of things that can go wrong if you let herpes run rampant in your body untreated.
More frequent outbreaks
Treatments like my anti-herpes regimen can suppress herpes outbreaks. Treatment stops the growth of herpes simplex virus in your body and can prevent outbreaks for the rest of your life.
Increased risk of HIV/AIDS
According to the New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, untreated Herpes may result in increased risk of acquiring or transmitting HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). HIV leads to AIDS in later stages.
The outbreaks last longer
If you don’t treat herpes, the outbreaks will last longer and be more severe. My anti-herpes regimen can stop a herpes outbreak in 3 – 4 days. If you leave it to run its course, it will take up to 14 days. Do you want to have a nasty blister in your face or genital area for 3 days or 2 weeks?
Increased risk of transmission
Of course, if you let herpes run rampant in your body, you have a higher risk of transmitting it to others. Pregnant women who are not treated may have an increased risk of premature delivery, miscarriage or transmission of the virus to the unborn baby.
You may feel like you have less energy. There are cases where herpes patients suffered from permanent lethargy. You may have tingling in your arms and legs, urinary retention, bowel problems, ear pain, insomnia or mood changes.
Herpes can badly damage your body if you leave it to its own devices. Luckily, it’s easy to treat, and once on a reliable treatment like my anti-herpes regimen, you will soon forget that you even have herpes.
